Apple Aperol Spritz
- Add the ice cubes to large glass.
- Add the Aperol, vodka, lemon and apples and gently stir.
- Pour in the apple cider and stir once more.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh Starr Ranch Growers honeycrisp apples.
Reach for a variety of fresh, seasonal, colorful produce including Starr Ranch Growers cherries, apricots, snap peas, cucumbers, assorted bell peppers and more – leaving a lasting impression on guests the summer!
Add oats, apple sauce, apple pie spice, salt, chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract to a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Lightly grease a muffin pan and gently press about 1 tbsp of mixture into each cup and mold a mini crust. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees, remove and let cool for about 45 minutes. Spoon about 1/2 tbsp of vanilla yogurt into each cup, garnishing with fresh Starr Ranch Growers Apples, berries, mint leaves and shaved almonds (optional). Wash it down with a mimosa – enjoy!
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss well – drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
Slice one Starr Ranch Growers Honeycrisp apple, an avocado, cucumber and radishes – add to a medium charcuterie board. Next, slice snap peas in half and toss in. Squeeze lemon, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle in some fresh parsley. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Enjoy!
