- In a small pan, add diced red onions and olive oil and stir for 3-5 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Next, lightly oil a large pan and place one large tortilla upon it, sprinkling queso fresco cheese crumbles on top.
- Add sliced JUICI apples, along with the caramelized onions and cayenne pepper and place another tortilla on top.
- Flip both sides until golden and crispy.

- First, shuck and kernel your 3 ears of corn and add to an oiled skillet, stirring occasionally for 6-8 minutes until golden and subtly charred.
- While the corn is grilling on the skillet, prepare your JUICI apple, onion and jalapeño dices and add to a medium bowl.
- In a small separate bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper for the dressing and stir to combine.
- Add the grilled corn to the diced ingredients, and stir in the dressing.
- Top with cotija cheese and cilantro. Enjoy!

Mix together all diced fruits and vegetables – adding in the JUICI apples last so they do not brown. Squeeze lime, add agave, salt, pepper and mix gently. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat!

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Add pretzels to a blender or food processor and blend until pretzels are ground and mealy
- In a medium bowl combine pretzel crumbs, butter, honey and cinnamon – mix well and press onto a 8-9 inch pie pan. Place in oven and bake for 8-10 – watch carefully to not over-toast! Allow to cool.
- Next, add heavy cream and vanilla to a bowl and mix until a soft peak forms, for about 3-4 minutes. Add the cream cheese and sugar and beat until fully combined.
- Add apple butter to the bottom of the pie pan, and top with cream. Place in freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Add honey and cinnamon to a small saucepan and simmer, add JUICI apple slices – tossing to combine. Remove from stove top and allow to cool.
- Top frozen pretzel pie with honey-drenched apple slices, raspberries and figs (other in-season fruit on hand works great as well).
- Top with sliced almonds, fresh florals, herbs and additional honey sauce.
- Have a slice or two and place back in the freezer for next time – enjoy!
