A twist on traditional vanilla ice cream that you are sure to love.
Directions:
Combine the cream, milk, and sugar in a bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in the vanilla and almond extract. Add the cherries. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Add a bit of punch to your baked ham.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
- Place the ham cut side down onto a sheet of aluminum foil. Mix together the brown sugar, apricot jam and mustard powder in a small bowl. Brush onto the ham using a pastry or barbeque brush. Reserve any leftover glaze. Enclose the foil around the ham and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast for 2 hours in the preheated oven, or if your ham is a different size, figure 14 minutes per pound. Apply the remaining glaze 20 minutes before the ham is done.

Whisk vinegar and oils together, then season. Toss the salad leaves, nuts and pear slices with half the dressing. Divide among bowls or place on a platter, top with prosciutto and Brie and drizzle with remaining dressing.

A classic dish that makes everyone smile.
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
- Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
- Top with pie filling before serving.

An easy and tasty spiced applesauce.
Combine the apples and water in a slow cooker; cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice; continue cooking another 30 minutes.
