Spicy Cherry Watermelon Margarita

  1. Add 1 cup fresh Starr Ranch Growers pitted cherries, 1 cup of chopped watermelon pieces, juice of 1 lime, and 1/2 cup water to blender. Blend until smooth and liquified
  2. Rim glasses by rubbing a lime around the rim of each glass, and dipping the glasses into salt and chili lime powder
  3. Add ice cubes, 2 oz. of preferred tequila and 1 oz. orange liqueur to glasses
  4. Top with about 3-4 oz. of strained cherry watermelon mixture, and a splash of sparkling water or club soda.
  5. Stir well and top with lime zest
  6. Garnish to your liking with jalapeños, florals, basil, mint, or fresh cherries – enjoy! 
No Churn Cherry Choco Ice Cream

No Churn Cherry Choco Ice Cream

  1. Add 1 pound of frozen cherries to a high-powered blender and pulse until small, pea-sized pieces begin to form. Add condensed milk, vanilla and salt and pulse to combine. Set aside.
  2. Add heavy cream to a separate bowl and mix with a hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes until a firm peak begins to form. Fold gently in to cherry mixture with a spatula and mix until completely combined. Stir in dark chocolate chunk pieces. Add to a 9x5x3 baking pan that won’t crack when frozen.
  3. Place in freezer for about 2 hours and remove from freezer, add fresh cherries and dark chocolate crumbles for garnish.
  4. Add to freezer and allow to chill for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  5. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Apple Dutch Baby

  1. Pre-heat round pie-pan in oven at 400 degrees
  2. Place all batter ingredients in blender and blend until combined and smooth
  3. Slice Starr Ranch Growers Honeycrisp apple
  4. Remove pie-pan once heated and add butter to grease the pan
  5. Pour batter to the center and top with apple slices
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place into oven for 20 minutes
  7. Remove when golden and top with garnish options – enjoy!

Gluten Free No Bake Mini Cherry Tarts

  1. Begin by adding all Tart Crust ingredients to a blender or food processor and blending well until the mixture resembles thick, wet sand
  2. Remove from blender or food processor and mold into mini tart pans
  3. Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to cool and harden
  4. Begin pitting and slicing your Starr Ranch cherries, followed by raspberries. Set aside in a bowl
  5. Remove mini tart pans from the refrigerator and add 1-2 dollops of Greek Yogurt into the center of the tart and smooth with a spoon
  6. Top with lemon zest
  7. Add sliced cherries and raspberries on top of the Greek Yogurt
  8. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh mint – enjoy!
Sparkling Cherry Lavender Rosé

Sparkling Cherry Lavender Rosé

  1. Pit 1 cup Starr Ranch Growers cherries with a cherry pitter or slice manually removing the pit.
  2. Add pitted cherries to blender, along with ½ cup water and 1 tbsp sugar. Blend until smooth and cherries are completely dissolved.
  3. Strain cherry syrup into two glasses over ice.
  4. Top with Rosé and add a splash of club soda.
  5. Garnish with herbal lavender spices and fresh lavender flower for a beautiful summertime aroma in every sip.
  6. Add a cherry to your rim – enjoy!
