Kids Dark Chocolate Caramel Apple Pops

  1. Slice apples so that they are roughly ½ inch thick
  2. Insert popsicle sticks into the bottom of each apple
  3. Add melting chocolate wafers to a microwave safe bowl or stove top and heat until smooth and liquified – be careful not to overheat
  4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and dip apples one-by-one in chocolate sauce – let chill in refrigerator for about 10 minutes until slightly hardened
  5. Remove chocolate apples from refrigerator and drizzle Litehouse Caramel Snack Cups with a fork over each apple
  6. Garnish with pecans, toffee pieces, or additional toppings to your liking
  7. Enjoy!

Maple Poached Pear Balsamic Salad with Gorgonzola Crumbles

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with foil and add walnuts – be sure to coat them in olive oil and sea salt – bake for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally
  2. Cut pears evenly into thin slices and assemble onto a cutting/charcuterie board or large plate
  3. Drizzle Litehouse Balsamic Dressing, add gorgonzola crumbles, toasted walnuts and a light drizzle of honey

Crunchy Caramel Apple Parfait

  1. First, peel and chop 2-3 Starr Ranch Growers Honeycrisp Apples
  2. Add to stove in a small saucepan with 1/3 cup apple cider, 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, and ½ tsp cinnamon. Stir while allowing to simmer until apples are soft and golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes
  3. In a small glass or mason jar, begin by adding a dollop of Greek yogurt, followed by a spoonful of Litehouse Old Fashioned Caramel Dip and 1 spoonful of the apple mixture – repeat this step until the glass is nearly full
  4. Top it off with a swirl of whipped cream and your favorite salted caramel granola
  5. Enjoy!
Sparkling Maple Balsamic Poached Pear Cocktail

Sparkling Maple Balsamic Poached Pear Cocktail

  1. Slice or quarter 3-4 Starr Ranch Growers pears
  2. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and a dash of all spice to a small bowl – whisk well
  3. Brush mixture over pears (or simply quickly soak pears into the mixture) and line the pears on the cookie sheet
  4. Pre-heat oven to 400° and bake pears for 25-35 minutes depending on the size of your pears – if larger – aim for closer to 35 minutes until pears are soft to touch and golden
  5. Remove from oven and let cool
  6. Add pears and 1/4 cup water (or apple juice if you like things a bit sweeter) to blender – blend until very smooth
  7. Line glasses with brown sugar for an extra sweet touch
  8. Fill glasses with pear mixture about 1/2 of the glass
  9. Add a splash of sparkling brut champagne – stir well
  10. Top with herbs to garnish – sage and thyme work well
  11. Enjoy!
