- Slice apples so that they are roughly ½ inch thick
- Insert popsicle sticks into the bottom of each apple
- Add melting chocolate wafers to a microwave safe bowl or stove top and heat until smooth and liquified – be careful not to overheat

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with foil and add walnuts – be sure to coat them in olive oil and sea salt – bake for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally
- Cut pears evenly into thin slices and assemble onto a cutting/charcuterie board or large plate

- First, peel and chop 2-3 Starr Ranch Growers Honeycrisp Apples
- Add to stove in a small saucepan with 1/3 cup apple cider, 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, and ½ tsp cinnamon. Stir while allowing to simmer until apples are soft and golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes
- In a small glass or mason jar, begin by adding a dollop of Greek yogurt, followed by a spoonful of Litehouse Old Fashioned Caramel Dip and 1 spoonful of the apple mixture – repeat this step until the glass is nearly full
- Top it off with a swirl of whipped cream and your favorite salted caramel granola

- Slice or quarter 3-4 Starr Ranch Growers pears
- Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and a dash of all spice to a small bowl – whisk well
- Brush mixture over pears (or simply quickly soak pears into the mixture) and line the pears on the cookie sheet
- Pre-heat oven to 400° and bake pears for 25-35 minutes depending on the size of your pears – if larger – aim for closer to 35 minutes until pears are soft to touch and golden
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Add pears and 1/4 cup water (or apple juice if you like things a bit sweeter) to blender – blend until very smooth
- Line glasses with brown sugar for an extra sweet touch
- Fill glasses with pear mixture about 1/2 of the glass
- Add a splash of sparkling brut champagne – stir well
- Top with herbs to garnish – sage and thyme work well
- Enjoy!
