Peanut Butter Apple Protein Shake

Ingredients 

5-6 oz. vanilla greek yogurt
2 dates
1 large organic apple, cored and sliced
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops of Vital Proteins protein powder (or any plain/vanilla protein powder works fine)
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup ice
  1. Place the greek yogurt, peanut butter, apple slices, cinnamon, dates, protein powder, ice, and almond milk into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into your desired cup and garnish with cinnamon and apple slices.
  3. Enjoy!
