- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with foil and add walnuts – be sure to coat them in olive oil and sea salt – bake for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally
- Cut pears evenly into thin slices and assemble onto a cutting/charcuterie board or large plate
- Drizzle Litehouse Balsamic Dressing, add gorgonzola crumbles, toasted walnuts and a light drizzle of honey
