We just love this recipe. Yes it tastes delicious (of course), but it’s great because it can be served as a healthy breakfast or dessert, or even as a mid-day snack. It’s also easy to adjust the granola recipe so it includes your favorite flavors and ingredients. If you want to make it super special, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Granola instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix ingredients together
Apple instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wash and dry apples
- Slice top 1/3 off apples, set aside
- Remove most of the apple, leaving about 1/4-1/2 inch
- Place apples on the baking sheet
- Stuff apples with about 2 tbsp of granola mixture
- Top stuffed apples with top layer
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until apples are tender and stuffing is crisp
