½ cup rolled oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

A sprinkle of mixed spices – cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, all spice

½ Starr Ranch Honey Crisp Apple

 

Ingredients for Creamy Chai Topping:

Whipped cream

Sliced Starr Ranch Honey Crisp Apple

Sprinkled spice mix

Cinnamon stick for garnish

Mix together and enjoy!

Sweet: Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Yield: 1 Prep time: 5 minutes Wait time: Overnight

 

Ingredients for Chia Oat Base: 

½ cup rolled oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp honey

Sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Ingredients for Apple Pie Topping:

1 Starr Ranch Honey Crisp Apple – diced

1 tsp corn starch

1 cup apple cider

Sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Instructions:

Add Apple Pie Topping ingredients to stove top until soft and simmering. Add to oat base hot or cold and mix as necessary. Top with cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
