The Cosmic Crisp© apple is the remarkably delicious result of 20 years of study and research by Washington State University’s world-class tree fruit beeding program. Classically bred by Washington State Universtity researchers, Cosmic Crisp© apples are a cross between Enterprise and Honeycrisp.
Cosmic Crisp© apples are prized for their perfectly balanced flavor and versatility. Unlike other varieties that are better suited to a particular use, the Cosmic Crisp© is one apple equally delicious when enjoyed whole, sliced, in cooking and baking.
