- First core and slice JUICI apples, and dice into pea-sized pieces. Set aside in a medium bowl. Add in the condensed milk, vanilla, sea salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir lightly to combine.
- Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until a firm peak begins to form. Fold in one large spoonful of the creamy mixture into the apple mixture with a rubber spatula, folding lightly to combine. Repeat this step with the additional cream until all has been combined.
- Crumble up pre-made oatmeal cookies into the mixture and fold through once more (sugar cookies or snickerdoodles work great too!)
- Pour the mixture into a 9×5 loaf pan and chill in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
- Top with additional cookie crumbles and diced apples.
- Optional – drizzle caramel for garnish.
